Terms of service

Last updated: 01 November 2026

1 Scope and seller identity

These terms apply to orders for goods placed by consumers in the United Kingdom via zelquro.com. The seller is zelquro, with business correspondence at12 The Grange, London, SE1 3GU, United Kingdom; email support@zelquro.com; telephone +441303311794. We do not claim that the seller is registered or physically established in the UK.

2 Products and placing an order

Product information, descriptions, available sizes, colours and pricing are shown on the product page. Products are subject to availability. Before submitting an order, you can review your basket and correct mistakes. Placing an order constitutes an offer to buy; our acknowledgement confirms receipt, and we accept the order when we send an express acceptance or dispatch confirmation. If we cannot accept an order, we will tell you and refund any amount charged.

3 Prices, VAT and additional charges

Prices for UK customer purchases should be shown in pounds sterling (GBP), inclusive of VAT where applicable. We will show delivery costs and any other mandatory charges clearly before you place an order. If goods are dispatched from outside the UK, we will explain before purchase whether import VAT, customs duty or carrier-clearance costs are included or are payable separately.

4 Payment

Available methods are those shown at checkout and may include PayPal, Klarna (where enabled) and other supported options. A payment provider may impose its own additional terms. We will confirm the total payable before you complete your order. Any pre-authorisation or charge is handled according to the disclosed checkout process and applicable law.

5 Delivery and risk

We deliver to UK addresses that our checkout accepts. Shipping costs, fulfilment options and estimated delivery dates are displayed before payment. Unless we agree a different period with you, goods will be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is made. If delivery is delayed or goods are lost in transit, contact us so we can address the issue in line with your statutory rights. Risk remains with us until the goods come into your physical possession or that of a person you nominate, other than a carrier you independently commissioned.

6 Cancellation, returns and refunds

Eligible distance purchases generally carry a 14-day cancellation period after delivery, with a further 14 days to send goods back. Our separate Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy explains your statutory rights, any exceptions, our additional 30-day offer and the refund process. That policy forms part of the information we provide to consumers and cannot remove their mandatory legal rights.

7 Consumer rights and product quality

Goods must meet the standards required by the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including being of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. No manufacturer’s warranty, store guarantee, returns rule or statement elsewhere on the site limits your statutory remedies.

8 Website content and intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the text, artwork, layout and other site content belong to zelquro or its licensors. You may browse and use the website for personal shopping, but may not reproduce or commercially exploit protected content without permission. Nothing in this clause limits uses permitted by law.

9 Website access and acceptable use

You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with its operation. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, security or operational reasons. These terms do not exclude our responsibility for supplying goods and services in accordance with applicable law.

10 Liability

We do not exclude or restrict liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted. We do not exclude your rights to remedies for faulty, misdescribed or undelivered goods. Subject to those protections, we are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was formed, or for business losses suffered by consumers purchasing wholly for private use, to the extent the law permits.

11 Complaints and dispute resolution

If you have a complaint, please email support@zelquro.com and provide your order number and a description of the problem. We will aim to resolve issues fairly and promptly. We will provide information about any alternative dispute resolution scheme if the law requires us to do so.

12 Applicable law and courts

These terms are drafted for UK consumer transactions and are subject to any mandatory protections applicable to the consumer, including UK consumer legislation. Nothing here deprives a UK consumer of non-excludable rights or any right to bring proceedings in their home jurisdiction that applicable law provides.

13 Updates and contact

We may update these terms for future orders. The terms applying at the point your order is accepted will govern that order, unless a lawful change is expressly agreed. Contact: support@zelquro.com.
